Short answers before you send inventory

Turnaround time

Most standard prep is completed in 24–48 hours after check-in is complete. Larger or complex prep projects may take 48–72 hours.

Check-in process

When your shipment arrives, we receive cartons/pallets, count units, and run a basic visual inspection. Prep begins after check-in is complete.

Storage rules

We include 14 days of free staging after check-in. After that window, storage is billed monthly by active pallet usage.

What we accept (approval-required items)

We accept most standard non-hazmat products. Hazmat, aerosols, liquids, fragile glass, meltables, and temperature-sensitive items require approval before shipping.

Amazon compliance and labeling

We follow Amazon prep requirements by product type, including label and protection rules. Final compliance responsibility remains with the seller.

Damage, missing items, and discrepancies

If we find damage, missing units, or count mismatches at intake, we notify you before prep. Photo proof can be provided as an add-on.

Outbound shipping and carrier charges

We can ship SPD/LTL to Amazon or forward cartons/pallets. Postage and freight charges are billed separately unless otherwise agreed.

Payment terms and minimums

Invoices are due before outbound shipping. New customers or large first shipments may require a deposit. Suggested minimum invoice is $50 per request/shipment.
