Every shipment follows the same verified 6-step workflow — from the moment your inventory arrives in Tampa to the moment it's at Amazon.
THE PROCESS
6 steps, start to finish
Think of it like a flight — your inventory takes off from your supplier and lands at Amazon, ready to sell. We handle everything at the Tampa stopover.
Send your inventory to Tampa
Ship cartons or pallets from your supplier directly to our address. We accept every major carrier.
We receive, count & inspect
Every unit is counted against your shipment plan. Damage, short counts, or surprises are flagged to you immediately — before prep begins.
Amazon compliance check
We verify every ASIN against Amazon's category-specific prep rules. Nothing moves to prep until it's confirmed correct.
Full prep work completed
FNSKU labeling, polybagging, bubble wrap, bundling, kitting — every unit prepped to Amazon's exact spec.
Shipment plan built in Seller Central
We handle all the Seller Central admin — box contents, weights, carton labels, SKU mapping. Every carton is weighed and staged.
Ships to Amazon & you're live
Cartons or pallets leave our dock. FBM orders ship same day. Tracking and Seller Central confirmation sent straight to you.
WHAT WE ACCEPT
Product types we prep
We handle most standard non-hazmat product categories. Items requiring special approval are noted below.
Home & Kitchen, Toys, Office, Sports, Pet, Books — no special handling required.
Personal care, supplements, and cosmetics accepted. Non-hazmat only.
Polybag-ready items, shoes, and accessories. OA (Online Arbitrage) and wholesale rates available.
Accessories, small devices, and peripherals. Standard prep applies.
Accepted with pre-approval. Bubble wrap and extra handling required — quoted separately.
Non-hazmat liquids accepted with pre-approval. Must meet Amazon liquid prep guidelines.
Items 18"+ on the longest side require approval and are quoted at oversized rates.
Hazardous materials, aerosols, and flammable goods are not accepted. Contact us before shipping.
EXCEPTIONS & ISSUES
What happens if something goes wrong
We handle exceptions by the book — you're always notified before we act, never after.
Short count or missing units
If your shipment arrives with fewer units than your plan shows, we flag it immediately before prep begins. You decide whether to proceed, wait for a replacement, or adjust the plan.
Damaged or defective items
Damaged units are separated and photographed (with the photo proof add-on). We notify you with the count and condition before anything is prepped. You approve next steps.
Wrong or unexpected items
If items received don't match your ASIN list, we quarantine them and contact you right away. We don't guess or improvise — we confirm before any work begins.
Label or prep issues
If a label fails to scan or a prep step can't be completed to spec, we stop and notify you. We'd rather pause and confirm than send non-compliant inventory to Amazon.
