Every shipment we handle follows the same verified, step-by-step workflow — from the moment your inventory arrives in Tampa to the moment it lands at an Amazon fulfillment center.
THE PROCESS
Step by step, start to finish
We break the full prep workflow into 6 clear stages. You'll always know exactly where your inventory is and what happens next.
We Receive Your Shipment
Route supplier cartons or pallets to 5806 N 53rd St, Tampa, FL 33610. We accept deliveries from all major carriers, including:
- UPS
- FedEx
- DHL
- USPS
- LTL / FTL freight
Each delivery includes:
- Visual inspection
- Damage documentation
- Verification before signing off
- Unit count logged against your shipment plan
Shipment Check-In & Inventory Counting
We compare received goods to all the information provided by you. If anything is missing, damaged, or over-delivered, we notify you immediately via WhatsApp or email — before prep begins.
- Unit count cross-checked against your plan
- Damaged or incorrect items flagged immediately
- Photographic proof of damaged items provided
- Expiration date tracking available upon request
- Documentation for supplier claims, upon request
Amazon Compliance Check & Prep Planning
Every unit is sorted against Amazon's category-specific prep requirements before any work begins. We verify prep rules per ASIN so nothing gets rejected at the fulfillment center.

Shipment Creation
We handle all the admin work inside Amazon Seller Central. Every box and pallet is weighed, measured, and staged before the plan is submitted.
- Shipping plan creation
- Box content and SKU mapping
- Carton dimensions & weight recorded
- Expiration date input where required
- Box content labels applied to every carton
If something is gated or restricted, we immediately notify you and offer solutions:
- Move to FBM
- Hold in storage
- Return to supplier
Outbound to Amazon FBA & Other Platforms
Boxes are scanned, weighed, and labeled correctly before leaving our warehouse. We handle all outbound routing:
- UPS Partnered Carrier shipments (SPD)
- LTL pallets — built, strapped, carrier booked
- FTL truckloads for high-volume shipments
- FBM orders individually packed and forwarded same day
Every shipment includes:
- Secondary quality control check
- Photo confirmation upon request
- Tracking updates sent directly to you
- Seller Central shipping confirmation
Your inventory gets to the fulfillment center faster → becomes sellable sooner → increases your sales velocity.
WHAT WE ACCEPT
Product types we prep
We handle most standard non-hazmat product categories. Items requiring special approval are noted below.
Home & Kitchen, Toys, Office, Sports, Pet, Books — no special handling required.
Personal care, supplements, and cosmetics accepted. Non-hazmat only.
Polybag-ready items, shoes, and accessories. OA (Online Arbitrage) and wholesale rates available.
Accessories, small devices, and peripherals. Standard prep applies.
Accepted with pre-approval. Bubble wrap and extra handling required — quoted separately.
Non-hazmat liquids accepted with pre-approval. Must meet Amazon liquid prep guidelines.
Items 18"+ on the longest side require approval and are quoted at oversized rates.
Hazardous materials, aerosols, and flammable goods are not accepted. Contact us before shipping.
EXCEPTIONS & ISSUES
What happens if something goes wrong
We handle exceptions by the book — you're always notified before we act, never after.
Short count or missing units
If your shipment arrives with fewer units than your plan shows, we flag it immediately before prep begins. You decide whether to proceed, wait for a replacement, or adjust the plan.
Damaged or defective items
Damaged units are separated and photographed (with the photo proof add-on). We notify you with the count and condition before anything is prepped. You approve next steps.
Wrong or unexpected items
If items received don't match your ASIN list, we quarantine them and contact you right away. We don't guess or improvise — we confirm before any work begins.
Label or prep issues
If a label fails to scan or a prep step can't be completed to spec, we stop and notify you. We'd rather pause and confirm than send non-compliant inventory to Amazon.
